Donna Carter

Donna Carter, SHRM-CP, is the Professional & Community Development Director at the Internal Family Systems Institute in Chicago, where she oversees Human Resources and Inclusion & Diversity initiatives. She is also the founder of the Clark County Equity Coalition, dedicated to bridging gaps in education and ensuring “Equal & Meaningful Preparation for All Children Utilizing Proactive Measures.” She resides in Winchester with her husband and daughter.
