She is the Founder of Carter People Strategy Partners, serving as a Fractional CHRO and executive advisor, helping organizations align people strategy with business goals. Donna is also the Founder of the Clark County Equity Coalition, where she works to create meaningful opportunities for students and families. Donna lives in Winchester with her husband and daughter.
