WinCity Voices advisory board

The WinCity Voices advi­so­ry board con­sists of vol­un­teer mem­bers from the com­mu­ni­ty who work togeth­er on long-range goals, poli­cies, site design, event plan­ning, and much more. They bring a wealth of expe­ri­ence and tal­ent to our orga­ni­za­tion, span­ning jour­nal­ism, graph­ic design, event plan­ning, fis­cal man­age­ment, and com­mu­ni­ty ser­vice. We’re very proud of our team!

Pete Koutoulas

Pete is a retired IT pro­fes­sion­al. Formerly of Campton, he and his wife have lived in Winchester since 2015. Pete is a for­mer week­ly news­pa­per pub­lish­er and for­mer colum­nist for the Winchester Sun. He is active in the com­mu­ni­ty, includ­ing Humanists of Winchester and Friends of the Clark County Public Library.

Sabrina Puckett

Sabrina is a retired human ser­vices pro­fes­sion­al. She has lived in Winchester for 35 years and is the grand­moth­er of two beau­ti­ful chil­dren: a preschool boy and an infant girl. She enjoys spend­ing time with her grand­chil­dren and gar­den­ing. She is a mem­ber of Emmanuel Episcopal Church and is active in the community.

Randy was a news­pa­per­man for near­ly 40 years in small towns through­out Central Kentucky. He has also worked at the state Capitol, the coun­ty cour­t­house, one of the nation’s old­est lib­er­al arts col­leges, and a few restau­rants. Since sev­enth grade, he has dreamed of becom­ing a free­lance writer.
