WinCity Voices advisory board

The WinCity Voices advi­so­ry board con­sists of vol­un­teer mem­bers from the com­mu­ni­ty who work togeth­er on long-range goals, poli­cies, site design, event plan­ning, and much more. They bring a wealth of expe­ri­ence and tal­ent to our orga­ni­za­tion, span­ning jour­nal­ism, graph­ic design, event plan­ning, fis­cal man­age­ment, and com­mu­ni­ty ser­vice. We’re very proud of our team!

Pete Koutoulas

Pete is a retired IT pro­fes­sion­al. Formerly of Campton, he and his wife have lived in Winchester since 2015. Pete is a for­mer week­ly news­pa­per pub­lish­er and for­mer colum­nist for the Winchester Sun. He is active in the com­mu­ni­ty, includ­ing Humanists of Winchester and Friends of the Clark County Public Library.

Chuck Witt

Chuck is a retired archi­tect, a for­mer news­pa­per colum­nist, and a life­long res­i­dent of Winchester. A vet­er­an of the U.S. Marine Corps, he has a long record of com­mu­ni­ty activism and was instru­men­tal in the con­struc­tion of the Winchester-Clark County Veterans Memorial in down­town Winchester. 

Sabrina Puckett

Sabrina is a retired human ser­vices pro­fes­sion­al. She has lived in Winchester for 35 years and is the grand­moth­er of two beau­ti­ful chil­dren: a preschool boy and an infant girl. She enjoys spend­ing time with her grand­chil­dren and gar­den­ing. She is a mem­ber of Emmanuel Episcopal Church and is active in the community.

Lashana Harney

Lashana is an award-win­ning jour­nal­ist and pho­tog­ra­ph­er. She loves to tell sto­ries through var­i­ous medi­ums, includ­ing non­fic­tion, fic­tion, poet­ry, pho­tog­ra­phy, videog­ra­phy, audio, doo­dles, and aer­i­al dance. You can usu­al­ly find her at home, rewatch­ing Buffy the Vampire Slayer for the mil­lionth time with her two dogs, Vader and Vandal.

Randy was a news­pa­per­man for near­ly 40 years in small towns through­out Central Kentucky. He has also worked at the state Capitol, the coun­ty cour­t­house, one of the nation’s old­est lib­er­al arts col­leges, and a few restau­rants. Since sev­enth grade, he has dreamed of becom­ing a free­lance writer.

Rebecca Campomanes

Rebecca loves explor­ing what’s in her back­yard and beyond — whether that be a day trip to a new eatery or get­ting lost in spec­u­la­tive fic­tion. She brought her pas­sion for nature and the arts to Winchester in 2016 and has shared that pas­sion through var­i­ous endeav­ors over the years. When her busy sched­ule allows, she works as a graph­ic design­er for local organizations.
