Robert Blanton is a Clark County Fiscal Court Magistrate. He and his wife, Brenda Sue (Little), have one son, Todd, a granddaughter Kinley and is a member of the First Baptist Church. A lifelong Winchester resident, Robert has served the community in many capacities, including 32 years as city planner and manager of the family-owned Winchester Pest Control company. He has served on numerous boards and organizations at the local, state, and national levels.
