When I awoke, I saw there was a thick fog. I made my grogÂgy self a cup of cofÂfee to take with me, put on my rubÂber boots, grabbed my camÂera gear, and walked along our small creek to this tree.
I’ve wantÂed to phoÂtoÂgraph it in the fog for a while, and it looked like this was my opporÂtuÂniÂty. The deer have a well-worn path through here, but it’s narÂrow, and the wet vegÂeÂtaÂtion soon had the legs of my jeans soaked through.
I spent more time phoÂtographÂing this tree than I anticÂiÂpatÂed and was glad I had brought that cofÂfee with me to enjoy while I was doing so.
