Ned Butler Royse is a chef, farm-to-table advocate, communications specialist, and graduate of the Escoffier Culinary program with a degree in Applied Engineering and a certificate in Project Management. Ned and their spouse own Notch Eight Farms here in Clark County. When they're not writing for WinCity Voices, Ned enjoys volunteering, exploring the great outdoors, video games, writing, yoga, cooking, and spending time with their pets.
